This series of talks has been recorded in Rishikesh from 27th March to 2nd April 2005 at Swami Dayananda ashram in Rishikesh. Every year Pujya Swamiji visited the ashram in Rihsikesh to conduct Vedanta retreats during the months of February, March & April.

Each of the 18 classes that Swamiji conducted on the topic ‘Self-Knowledge and How to Love Oneself’, has been made into 2 parts. And, every Saturday for 36 weeks, starting on May 8th, 2021 and ending on 8th January 2022, one class video of around 1/2 hour has been released on AIM for Seva’s Youtube channel. The session names reveal the topic under discussion in the particular videos.
